Effective 29 August 2026. Using Astral after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not excluded.
Terms of Service
By creating an account, purchasing access, downloading Astral, or using an Astral service, you agree to these Terms.
Personal access
Astral grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use during your active access period. Ownership of Astral and its materials is not transferred to you.
Purchases, renewals, and refunds
The checkout shows the plan, currency, charges, and final amount. Access starts or extends after payment confirmation. Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law and the checkout terms.

Updates and compatibility
Astral depends on software and services that can change without notice. Features can be modified, removed, temporarily unavailable, or incompatible after a Roblox, game, operating-system, or third-party update.
Prohibited conduct
You must not share or resell access, distribute or crack Astral, bypass account or license controls, attack Astral infrastructure or users, commit fraud, impersonate others, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Suspension and termination
Astral may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution, attacks, chargeback abuse, compromised access, or another material violation. Serious cases may be preserved or reported where required by law.
Service conditions
Service provided as available
Astral and its materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every game or system, permanent availability of any feature, or that every description is free from error.
Liability and third-party services
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astral is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Third-party links, payment providers, platforms, and services operate under their own terms and policies.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in them removes consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
